ICE agents smash the car window of a random passerby, cut her seatbelt, and then ARREST A DISABLED WOMAN just trying to get down the block to a doctor's appointment!

At 34 & Park in Minneapolis, an unfortunate woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor's appointment to get to.

What followed was an absolutely barbaric show of violence against a random person for no reason other than pure sadism.

"I'M A DISABLED PERSON TRYING TO GO TO THE DOCTOR UP THERE THAT'S WHY I MOVED" screams the terrified and very confused woman.

ICE agents in the area were conducting a raid to arrest what looked very much like a teenager. A protest quickly formed and ICE conducted itself with its characteristic thuggery, hosing the area with chemical munitions and making several arrests.

How many more of these incidents do the American people have to endure before Congress takes action to rein in these lawless thugs?
